Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • 2+ years of project management experience; PM certification is an asset
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and ChurnZero
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and meeting sales quotas
  • Analytical skills with experience using Excel and/or PowerPoint for reporting and insights
