Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of digital projects, including websites, ads, social media, SEO, and email campaigns
• Oversee project budgets and maintain production schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints
• Serve as the point of contact for digital agencies and provide mentorship to Traffic Coordinators

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in an in-house agency or digital creative agency
• Strong budget management or financial reporting skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Deep understanding of web, email, and social media best practices
