A company is looking for a Director, Creator Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer acquisition strategies to engage relevant influencers
• Lead and manage a team for onboarding and activating influencers while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Oversee the onboarding process for influencers and evaluate their performance to optimize engagement strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in acquisition/sales within the influencer space
• Experience in leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong network of influencer contacts and experience in relationship management
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and evaluate performance
