Director of Genomics Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director, Strategy & Product Management, Genomics & Precision Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis and clinical evaluation of genomic claims to identify fraud and abuse prevention opportunities
• Collaborate with various functional areas to implement quality and economic initiatives for managing fraud and abuse
• Drive new product definition and value measurement capabilities for women's health and genomics programs

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 4 years in clinical genetics or related specialty and 4 years in leadership roles
• Expertise in clinical genetics and diagnostic genetic testing
• Experience with data analysis tools, particularly in extracting and analyzing medical claims
• Demonstrated understanding of health plan structures and reimbursement policies
• Master's degree in genetic counseling or a related health field, or equivalent clinical and payer experience
