Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance National Practice Lead - Employee Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze State & Federal regulations impacting employee benefits and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Develop technical tools and training materials for compliance support and assist in training benefit service teams
  • Respond to compliance inquiries and establish standards for workflows and processes in collaboration with the operations team
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in compliance or employee benefits
  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in providing training and presentations related to compliance topics
