A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise customers as the primary contact post-sale
  • Ensure successful onboarding of new customers and drive product adoption by aligning solutions with customer goals
  • Monitor customer health metrics and conduct regular strategic reviews to demonstrate ROI and align with future goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a B2B customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success frameworks and lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Experience with HubSpot and ChurnZero or similar Customer Success software
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
