A company is looking for an HR Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global Contractor Program, supporting onboarding/offboarding and driving process efficiencies
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • 2+ years of experience as a benefit specialist responsible for benefit programs and leave administration
  • Familiarity with US benefit laws
  • Sense of ownership and employee-first approach
  • Experience with self-funded health insurance is a bonus
