Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Manager, Performance, Engagement & Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage performance management, engagement, and employee relations activities
  • Drive change management initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee employee engagement processes and develop strategies to enhance workplace culture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, particularly in change management and employee engagement
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification strongly preferred
