Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Operations Services Specialist responsible for operational delivery related to employee and manager inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational delivery for key HR processes and applications
• Act as the primary contact for HR content management within the HR portal and triage escalated cases
• Participate in projects, analyze case trends, and ensure data integrity of HR transactions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HR professional experience
• 3+ years of HR Operations Services experience
• Prior benefits knowledge or experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in supporting Workday or equivalent HRIS platform
• Experience with training and documentation development
