Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business goals and provide workforce planning insights
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Guide performance evaluations and support development plans

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across all areas of HR
• Experience in building HR initiatives and teams
• Deep HRIS experience, including running reports and payroll
• SPHR or SHRM certification
• Understanding of architecture and engineering principles is preferred
