• Provide training and support to retailers during the onboarding process
• Build inventory and customer databases by importing data

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer success or onboarding role
• Self-starter with a focus on process improvement
• Intermediate skills in Google Sheets or MS Excel
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
