Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist - (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client training and workflow analysis for Go-Live events
• Investigate and resolve client issues during implementation and optimize workflows post-go-live
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in the Healthcare IT industry, specifically in software implementation
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence behavior
• Knowledge of or experience in one of the core medical specialties
• Understanding of HIPAA and PHI regulations
