Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed P&C Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inbound customer calls regarding personal lines policies
• Process policyholder transactions accurately and manage customer inquiries to retain policyholders
• Interpret policy contracts and recommend coverage enhancements based on customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Active P&C Producers insurance license required
• Associates degree and 1+ year of insurance experience preferred
• 3-5 years of related customer service experience required
• Ability to review, record, and organize written data from various sources
• Proficient in using technical systems, including call center specific phone systems
