A company is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing reporting and analyze channel and campaign performance to identify trends and optimizations
• Manage the marketing programs budget to ensure investments exceed ROI targets and deliver performance insights
• Oversee the marketing tech stack and collaborate on marketing technology strategy and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS organization
• Deep familiarity with complex sales cycles and multi-touch attribution
• Direct experience implementing and owning Hubspot; experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce is a plus
• Strategic thinker with a focus on program performance
