As part of Cengage Global Marketing Services, the Marketing Services team provides our go-to-market teams with website expertise. As the Marketing Web Operations Coordinator, you will support web and marketing technology production. As a Marketing Web Operations team member, you will gain extensive knowledge of how websites and related tactics are created and maintained to help our diverse group of marketing experts achieve campaign success.
What you’ll do here:
• Implement web edits on marketing websites
• Maintain web and related technology documentation, design templates and code library
• Monitor, answer questions, and resolve issues reported by CMS contributors
• Create and execute test plans
• Set up tests for conversion optimization
• Run diagnostic tools to monitor website health and assign issues to the appropriate owner
• Perform monthly maintenance on WordPress sites
• Create reports as needed

Skills you will need here:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of work experience in a professional office environment
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive with a variable workload and adapt constantly evolving priorities
• Ability to begin using new technology quickly and confidently

Preferred:
• Experience with website production
• Experience creating HTML
• Experience creating process maps

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
