Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Associate (Hybrid Role).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries and provide resolutions on behalf of the client
• Utilize multiple systems to service customer inquiries and document discussions accurately
• Meet personal and team production metrics while adhering to strict schedules and attendance guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the tax/banking/mortgage/real estate industry
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Typing ability of 35 words per minute or more
• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, high-volume, fast-paced environment
