Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance program efficiency and lead multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels, and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of project implementation, product, or program management experience
• Experience in managed care or prescription benefit management preferred
• Proficiency in corporate and industry-standard project management tools and techniques
• Ability to negotiate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetings
