Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Property Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for property owners
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in building annual budgets and forecasts for property management

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in property management accounting is preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably Yardi or MRI
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
