Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Enrollment Research Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes rejection codes in the Provider Enrollment Research enterprise task manager (ETM)
• Reassigns Provider Enrollment issues to IDX for resolution
• Reports errors or problems affecting claims and maintains knowledge of ETM and carrier requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Demonstrated knowledge of physician billing
• Computer literate
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
