Key Responsibilities

• Support the client's Recruiting and Talent Sourcing efforts
• Execute the recruiting lifecycle efficiently while maintaining quality and candidate experience
• Provide support to various teams within the Global Talent Acquisition organization

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
• Experience with Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to adapt to process changes and ensure compliance with documentation guidelines
