Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of talent acquisition, HR, or related industry experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field
Experience with Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office products
Ability to adapt to process changes and ensure compliance with documentation guidelines
