Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Client Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, customer service, and technology sales. If you are passionate about providing excellent service and driving sales, we want to hear from you.
Duties
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for B2B sales
• Stay informed about market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights
Experience
• Proven experience in inside and outside sales, particularly in technology or software sales
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing client interactions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Nice-to-have: Previous experience in B2B sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Pay: $63,045.00 – $78,064.00 per year
