Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and timely service to members via various communication channels
• Consult with members to identify needs, offer solutions, and follow up on transactions
• Perform account maintenance and process new member accounts and transactions

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience with a proven service and sales record
• Basic understanding of financial products and services
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Competent computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Genuine interest in helping members and strong interpersonal skills
