Job Summary

A company is looking for a Residential Mortgage Analyst to ensure compliance and operational efficiency within the Mortgage Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead responses to post-purchase audits and manage documentation flow across underwriting and operations
  • Coordinate regulatory audits and fraud reporting, ensuring compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in residential mortgage operations, compliance, or audit support
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and investor guidelines
  • Experience managing post-purchase audits and investor communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and loan origination or servicing platforms
