Job Summary

A company is looking for a Royalty Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of reconciliation summaries and supporting documentation
  • Manage, track, and organize payments, payees, and vendor set-ups
  • Coordinate preparation stages for monthly/quarterly client sales and royalty reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years' experience in a finance and accounting role is preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., V-Lookups, Pivot tables)
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with the entertainment and/or music industry is desired but not required
