Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to expand their referral network and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and qualify new leads for ABA referrals and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals
• Create and implement targeted email and direct mail campaigns to encourage referrals
• Manage social media content and engage with the community to build brand awareness

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in healthcare marketing
• Proven experience with Monday.com CRM and digital marketing tools
• Experience with graphic design tools, particularly Canva
• Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaign performance
