Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to lead training and drive sales performance in a fast-paced MarTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement programs for onboarding, ongoing training, and coaching
  • Own and streamline onboarding processes for new GTM hires
  • Lead the rollout of Force Management's Command of the Message across sales teams
Required Qualifications
  • 4-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales, or revenue operations
  • Proven experience deploying sales methodologies
  • Strong content creation and instructional design skills
  • Experience enabling multiple GTM personas across inbound and outbound motions
  • Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce and Gong
