Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discussions to support cross-functional teams throughout the sales lifecycle
• Participate in customer discovery sessions to understand business needs and pain points
• Present technical solutions through software demonstrations and detailed illustrations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in pre-sales of eCommerce or related industry software solutions
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture landscapes and integrations
• Technical expertise to configure custom demonstrations as needed
• Exceptional client-facing skills to build relationships at all levels
• Experience with REST APIs and architecture discussions
