Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across their go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to GTM leadership for planning, forecasting, and process optimization
  • Design and improve end-to-end GTM processes, including lead management and opportunity hygiene
  • Manage Salesforce administration and build dashboards for insights across the revenue engine
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Deep knowledge of GTM processes and the customer lifecycle from lead to renewal
  • Experience managing and optimizing Salesforce; Salesforce Admin certification is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with sales tools like Gong and Hubspot
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with a self-starter mindset
