Key Responsibilities

• Manage and train a team of Business Partner Advisors while ensuring team alignment and performance reviews
• Supervise and enhance processes to increase productivity and resolve installer escalated inquiries
• Monitor customer feedback, oversee complaint management, and produce compliance reports while collaborating cross-departmentally

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related fields
• 6 to 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service Operations, or related roles
• Demonstrated business acumen with an understanding of efficiency drivers
• Advanced experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
