A company is looking for a Lead Salesforce Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and create Salesforce infrastructure while coaching development teams
• Define architecture standards and ensure scalable, reliable applications across teams
• Develop strategies for customer satisfaction and oversee system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience with Salesforce products
• 2-4 years of experience managing or coaching software developers
• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or equivalent technical training
• Experience with AWS Cloud Technologies and Agile principles
