Senior Compliance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Compliance Systems (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and execution of Product Increment Planning and align Agile teams with product vision
• Build and manage an 18-month product roadmap and prioritize value stream initiatives
• Act as the primary point of contact representing business interests and manage stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Audit, Banking, or related fields, or a High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of experience
• 8 years of professional experience in business systems analysis
• 5+ years as an Agile product manager/product owner in a SCRUM environment
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Crimes Risk Management, Global Compliance, or BSA/AML domains
