Senior Customer Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support and coverage
• Define and communicate technical success plans tailored to customer goals
• Facilitate customer onboarding and drive the adoption of Elastic solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect or Technical Consultant
• Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus
• Familiarity with key IT domains, including Observability, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Search
• Passion for technology trends and eagerness to learn new solutions
