Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 5 years of management experience, with at least 3 years in HR management
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices, including talent development and employee relations
• Expertise in conflict resolution and developing collaborative solutions
• Understanding of data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and implement workforce optimization strategies
