Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Human Resources who will serve as a strategic HR leader overseeing the HRBP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HRBP team to enhance employee programs through data analysis and policy development
• Provide strategic direction in managing organizational risk and cultivating a positive workplace culture
• Partner with senior leadership to advise on HR strategies and monitor HR data to address workplace culture issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5 years management experience, with at least 3 years in HR management
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR practices including talent development and employee relations
• Expertise in conflict resolution and developing collaborative solutions
• Understanding of data analytics to evaluate HR metrics and implement workforce optimization strategies
