Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR technology, or HR data analytics
• Strong knowledge of HR data structures, reporting tools, and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power Automate, SharePoint, and HR data visualization tools
• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
