Senior Manager of Contract Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Contract Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team responsible for contract drafting and negotiation
• Serve as the primary contact for complex deals, overseeing the executive-level deal review process
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Contract Lifecycle Management process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in contract management or related discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team management role
• Proficiency in business tools including Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management systems
• Extensive experience with legal and commercial documents such as User Agreements and NDAs
