Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter II who will manage the end-to-end hiring process for sales and go-to-market roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract and close high-quality candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles, advising managers and overseeing candidate pre-hire requirements
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies and meet talent acquisition goals
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, with 3+ years in sales or GTM recruiting
  • Experience communicating with senior leaders in mid-size or growing organizations
  • Proven track record in sourcing and community building through various channels
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and recruiting partners
  • High competency in recruiting software tools and project management skills
