Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst responsible for overseeing the administration of domestic and international benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and provide customer service support
  • Administer the annual open enrollment process and manage benefit transactions
  • Collaborate with third-party administrators and assist in the implementation of new benefit programs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of benefits-related regulations such as ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, FMLA, and ADA
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
