Senior Risk Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Program Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the business unit's risk management framework
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and monitor regulatory developments impacting the organization's risk profile
• Develop and maintain risk reporting frameworks and dashboards for senior management insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Financial Services, First Line Risk Management, Enterprise Risk, or Operational Risk, or High School Diploma/GED with 12 years of relevant experience
• Experience working at a large financial institution
• Risk program management experience, specifically in Issue Management, RCSA, or Control Assurance programs
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance pertaining to enterprise risk and operational risk
• Experience in using GRC tools (e.g., Archer)
