• 4+ years of management experience in a Customer Success/Experience contact center
• Experience leading multiple remote sites
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Proven ability to drive improvements in metrics such as SLAs and CSAT
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve customer concerns creatively
