Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator (Full-time Contract, 9:30 am-5:30 pm Eastern time Mon-Fri).

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, caregivers, and patients to manage staffing scenarios and attendance issues
• Utilize technology to assign clients to appropriate clinicians and track ongoing cases
• Communicate updates or changes to schedules with caregivers and patients

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service, healthcare, hospitality, or retail experience preferred
• Strong ability to navigate multiple technology systems simultaneously
• Experience in home care scheduling or front-line scheduling is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Experience in home care, healthcare, or senior-related industry is a plus
