Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit for the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize social media platforms and professional networks to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
