This is an exciting opportunity to join our EMEA People Team as we support the rapid scale of EMEA; you will have ownership over a select group of GTM & Technical functions providing strategic collaboration, coaching and support to the leaders and their teams. 

As a People Business Partner you will...

  • Develop and implement strategic people plans to enable business success across areas such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organisational Effectiveness and Employee Engagement.
  • Provide advice and solutions to business leaders on all people aspects of their business from operational to strategic issues
  • Coach managers on day-to-day needs and the execution of key people processes 
  • Lead the talent management plan to ensure we future-proof our business with the right capabilities at both individual contributor and manager level 
  • Collaborate on the design and delivery of programs/policies with global Centres of Excellence to deliver effective solutions to the business.
  • Leverage data to track progress on priorities and proactively recommend solutions to enhance organisational effectiveness

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Strong experience working in a HR Business Partner / People Partner role
  • Experience working in a complex matrix organisation, ideally within the SaaS / Technology space
  • Strong business acumen and systems thinking to translate business needs into innovative people plans
  • Trusted advisor to leaders with the ability to form strong relationships at various levels in the organisation
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills so can partner across different cultures 
  • Demonstrated experience of developing and delivering people programs and initiatives to enable business growth
  • Leverages data to develop insights and proposals to enhance organisational effectiveness 
  • Experience working in a multi-country role with exposure to a variety of cultures across EMEA region would be an advantage
