• Execute the strategic recruitment plan and manage all stages of the hiring process
• Identify and source candidates through various channels and maintain communication with hiring managers
• Track recruitment metrics and contribute to employer branding initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in a digital/tech environment
• 1+ years of in-house talent acquisition experience managing the full recruitment cycle
• Experience using social networks for candidate sourcing and job promotion
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Passion for the transformative impact of education and technology
