Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Scout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition load while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing talent through various platforms
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and training support


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees in various sectors
  • Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
