Manage high-volume requisition load while building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers to strategize and execute recruitment plans, sourcing talent through various platforms
Handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and training support
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of recruiting experience
Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly employees in various sectors
Familiarity with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Background in agency staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus
