Technical Solutions Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and debugging custom JavaScript snippets for clients
• Troubleshooting system setups across various platforms and addressing technical inquiries
• Identifying root causes of technical issues and taking ownership of escalations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical support, product support, or software engineering
• Basic to intermediate JavaScript and HTML experience
• Experience querying databases and monitoring systems, including SQL and/or Elasticsearch
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and CMS systems is a plus
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising is a plus
