Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Engineer in the Eastern Time Zone with flexible location options.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing platform/infrastructure vs. user code problems
• Drive retention and increase adoption by developing deep knowledge of customers' business objectives and technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent the voice of the customer and highlight pain points in platform adoption

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data or Software Engineering with a strong understanding of public cloud technologies and ML/data infrastructure
• Strong Python programming skills; Go experience is a plus
• Experience supporting both SMB and enterprise customers with infrastructure products and solutions
• Familiarity with machine learning enabled solutions and MLOps/DevOps in an enterprise setting
• Awareness or strong interest in the latest trends in machine learning and data orchestration fields
