Job Summary

A company is looking for a PS Technical Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical phone and email support for industry-specific products and systems
  • Manage call and incident resolution while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues and follow departmental policies for troubleshooting


Required Qualifications
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of Help Desk or related IT experience
  • Understanding of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and LAN/WAN terminology
  • Familiarity with ticket systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA
  • Experience in troubleshooting retail peripheral devices
