Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions, assisting clients via phone
  • Support testing of new applications and manage client transitions related to Treasury products
  • Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and adhere to policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 6+ years of customer service experience with in-person interactions
  • 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
  • Proficiency in ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
