Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage high-volume requisition loads and build relationships with hiring managers
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods and tools, maintaining a viable candidate pipeline
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent the company brand at events


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of high-volume recruiting experience with a bachelor's degree, or a High School Diploma/GED with two years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for hourly workforces preferred
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Experience with job boards and portals such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn preferred
  • Must reside within the State of Washington and have ATS experience, preferably with SmartRecruiters
